Stop by and visit Living Well Transitions on Thursday Sept. 5 before the Wilderness Symposium festivities begin.
The Open House will take place from Noon-2pm.
We will be on the 3rd floor and rooftop of our new location! 1320 Pearl Street, Ste. 320 (between 13th and 14th and Pearl- mid block in the red brick 3 story Cartwright Building).
Come get a bite to eat and visit with our staff and clients.
