Living Well Transitions is delighted to celebrate five years of helping young adults and families. Founded in 2004 by Bill Sell, MA, LPC, CGP, Living Well Transitions remains a unique and highly effective independent living program, providing mindfulness-based therapeutic support to young adult clients in a real-world setting.

"Five years ago we started with a couple therapists, our cell phones, a small therapy office and a vision for helping young adults who were failing to thrive in a more residential setting" said Julie Randall, Executive Director. "It's incredibly humbling to see how we have been able to have such huge positive impacts on people's lives."

Living Well Transitions celebrated the anniversary by hosting a dinner in August for friends, family and supporters of the program. The company and staff are grateful for all those who have supported the vision and integrity of the organization over the past five years. "It is an honor to be amongst such dedicated and sincere individuals, both within our program and in the profession at large, doing the difficult but rewarding work of offering support and guidance to families in times of crises" stated Randall.

Living Well Transitions is an independent-living therapeutic program serving young adults challenged to meet the demands of responsible independent living. We provide individual and family therapy in conjunction with life-skills counseling & educational/vocational support for our clients, helping them develop a balance in life between opportunity and responsibility.
