We here at Little Keswick School are excited to announce the ground breaking and construction of our new Monroe Dormitory. Sure to enhance both the academic and living spaces for our students and staff, this project involves a major extension and renovation to the existing Cottage Dorm, which will double the space!

With this new southeastern exposure dorm, comes new bedrooms that will be either single or double occupancy and several will have single bathrooms. The main common area with its vaulted ceiling will provide plenty of space for students to interact together, play games, and have dorm meetings and an extended study hall space.

Another feature of the Monroe Dorm is a family room, where parents can visit with their child in a private space. Also included in this remodel, is a quiet room for student phone calls and an in dorm laundry room.

Little Keswick School also plans on renovating several other areas of the campus including: the current horseback riding ring, extensive landscaping to the overall property; the addition of a new outdoor blacktop sports court for basketball and foursquare and the addition of a new student garden area. The garden contains both a plowed section and box gardens, optional greenhouses and a tool shed to house all the necessary gardening supplies.

Little Keswick School is a small therapeutic boarding school works with young boys only, ages 10-17, who have moderately severe social and emotional challenges and learning disabilities. Boys are nurtured in a highly structured setting and are provided intensive clinical interventions, individual and group therapies, in addition to individualized academics.
