Settle Differences

In a brief statement, Cat Jennings announced that the lawsuit between Lake House Academy, Plaintiff and Catherine Jennings, Defendant, and all named parties have resolved the disputes between them and have settled the litigation. In the agreement, both parties agreed to discontinue any use of negative or disparaging statements toward the other parties.

In addition to the settlement agreement between both parties, Cat signed a Resignation and Assignment of Membership Interest in Lake House Academy for Girls, LLC.

Cat Jennings has founded many programs in the private parent choice, therapeutic/ emotional growth network. From programs for boys, to programs for young girls, to foundations to help with scholarships and partial scholarships, Cat has continued to be a pioneer in the network.
