Lon was joined by Jennifer Steiner on December 23, 2014 to talk about how InnerChange Residential Therapy has successfully grown into six programs. Jennifer is the new CEO of InnterChange and excited about the future of this growing corporation. Part of the secret was each acquisition was deliberate and chosen for their compatibility with the vision of InnerChange, and had excellent reputations for quality relational work with students and families. Lake House Academy-NC is the latest acquisition, coming after a several year management contract they had been in with InnerChange. Lake House Academy works with girls ages 10-14, adds pre-teen girls to the groups served. InnerChange in the past has predominately worked with all girl programs, except forOakley School-UT which is coed. However, according to Steiner, InnerChange does not limit itself to the populations they serve and hold open the possibility of expanding through additional coed schools or even all male programs. Other InnerChange Schools are: Sunrise Residential Treatment Center-UT, Fulshear Treatment to Transition-TX, Chrysalis-MT and New Haven Residential Treatment Center-UT.
