Integrity House offers two residential treatment centers, one for boys and another for girls who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse issues within their homes, schools, or society. Each facility has as its primary goal, the provision of a safe, positive environment in which “an organized and deliberate process of education, therapy, recreation and community service” can occur. Each resident is helped to learn the “benefits derived from positive life experiences and the setbacks that result from negative experiences.” Residents participate in a comprehensive program that emphasizes individual improvement, accountability, and service. “These fundamental tools are the building blocks upon which the resident builds the necessary foundation to succeed in the program and to reunite back into their homes, schools and communities as positive and productive participants.”

Integrity House for Boys is located at Shadow Ridge Ranch, near Marysvale, Utah, in the picturesque “Color Country” of Southern Utah. A maximum of 14 boys reside and receive treatment in this facility. Resident activities are supervised and monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Residents stay typically 8 to 18 months, varying according to each resident’s needs and their response to treatment.

Integrity House for Girls accepts girls between the ages of 12 and 17 and is located in Cedar City, Utah, also in the “Color Country” of Southern Utah. This facility houses and treats a maximum of 14 girls, who also receive supervision and monitoring, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Resident stays are typically 6 to 12 months, varying according to the resident’s needs and their response to treatment

Both Integrity Houses maintain a staff of fully trained and licensed professionals to meet the educational and therapeutic needs of each resident. Their staff “represents a highly trained and experienced group of professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in working with youth.” Their educators and therapists are state licensed professionals, many holding postgraduate degrees in their respective fields.
