Dustin Tibbitts Promoted To President Of Innerchange

David Michel, CEO of InnerChange is pleased to announce that at InnerChange, they are committed to growing and empowering leaders and in that spirit, David is very excited to announce the promotion of Dustin Tibbitts to the position of President of InnerChange. In his new position, Dustin will work closely with Dave Prior at Sunrise and Gayle Jensen-Savoie at Fulshear Ranch Academy as he provides oversight and leadership to both of these InnerChange programs. Importantly, Dustin will also continue in his current role as Executive Director of New Haven.

"Within our treatment industry, there are a few individuals who really stand out. And in my book, Dustin Tibbitts is among those at the top of the list. As most of you know, Dustin has been with New Haven since its inception, beginning as a staff supervisor over 15 years ago. Dustin earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from BYU, and went on to earn a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Christian University. His clinical expertise is broad and deep - healing trauma, attachment disorders, sexual abuse, personality disorders, eating disorders and depression. But most of all, Dustin is a gifted leader who cares deeply about all the right things including the girls he serves, their families and the team he's assembled at New Haven.

So, where does that leave me? For the past several months, our InnerChange leadership has been carefully planning for 2011 and beyond, and we all agree that it's simply time for Dustin to step up and take the reins. He is ready, he is eager, and I believe he will do an outstanding job in his new and expanded role. As the second largest shareholder of InnerChange and a member of our Board of Directors, I'm not going anywhere. To the contrary, I'm looking forward to working closely with Dustin as together we grow InnerChange during the coming year.
