Reid Treadaway Joins
The Innerchange Team

InnerChange is excited to announce the addition of Reid Treadaway to our team as the Admissions Specialist for all InnerChange programs (New Haven, Sunrise, and Fulshear Ranch Academy). With over eight years of experience working both as a program staff and in admissions and marketing for wilderness programs and therapeutic boarding schools, Reid brings a wealth of experience as well as a clear understanding of what families need as they navigate their way to find the right solution for their children.

Prior to joining InnerChange, Reid worked with students at the ASCENT wilderness program as a primary counselor. Later, he served as the Admissions Director for the ASCENT Wilderness Program, the Regional Director of Admissions of all Northern Idaho Programs for CEDU/The Brown Schools and was the first Director of Admissions for SUWS of the Carolinas Wilderness Program.

Reid grew up in South Carolina but moved west after graduating from Clemson University. He still resides in beautiful Northern Idaho where he enjoys skiing, fishing, hunting, biking, boating and hiking with his wife of 16 years and his three amazing boys.
