In order to provide the highest level of mental health care in the country, InnerChange invests resources to constantly evaluate and improve our teams, our programs, and our therapeutic services. Here are a few recent changes we've made at InnerChange.
We have begun a new chapter for Vive Family Support Programs. We are placing a renewed focus and energy into Vive because we are passionate about providing the InnerChange standard of care to families in their homes and communities. We are excited to combine Vive's powerful relationship focus with accountability in the form of clear treatment plans and outcomes. We are thrilled to announce that Leah Madamba has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Community Care, which will include responsibility for community services, clinical integration as well as leadership for Vive.
We are also closing a chapter from Vive's history and saying goodbye to Dave Herz and Willow Rubin. We are deeply grateful to Dave and Willow for all that they have done for young people and their families in their work with Vive.
Additionally, a few members of InnerChange's Home Office marketing and outreach teams have transitioned out of their roles so that we can dedicate additional resources to our clinical teams. We welcomed Jeana Thomsen, formerly a Clinical Director at New Haven, "back to InnerChange" as a Director of Clinical Integration. We are very focused on supporting our programs and ensuring that they have the resources they need to be the best they can be.
In the New Year, InnerChange will continue its steadfast focus on providing a higher standard of healing. We continue to be a strong and vibrant company. And we do what we do because we are in service to families.
