Dustin Tibbits, President and Chief Clinical Officer of InnerChange, and his wife Mia, have some exciting news! They welcomed the newest member of their family in December.
Mia Tibbits spent 16 days in China during the Christmas holidays, to adopt their daughter from Nanyang, Henan. Mia met Jill Tian for the first time on Christmas Day, and the adoption was finalized on December 27. Dustin meanwhile was home alone with their other four kids, learning just how much he appreciates his wife!
Tian means "sky" or "heaven" in Mandarin, and to the Tibbits, Jill Tian represents a small piece of heaven.
