Special Guest: Mark Sklarow, Executive Director, IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association) will discuss the role and value of the Educational Consultant and the association's role in hosting one of the most advanced and prestigious educational conferences in the country. This year's conference will be from November 11th to14th, 2009 in Charlotte, NC.

They will introduce you to specialized schools and treatment programs that can really help.
