Now is your chance to be part of the IECA 2011 Fall Conference program, November 9-12, 2011 in Dallas, TX! We are excited to continue celebrating our 35th year and to be doing so in the Lone Star State where the IECs, schools, colleges, and programs in the region are already planning for our arrival. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your expertise with your peers, or put together a panel of your colleagues to address a hot topic.
Please submit your breakout or pre-conference session proposals to Rachel King, our Conference Manager, by Wednesday, June 15th using the Call for Proposals form. The brochure and form, along with all of the pertinent details, can be found on the "Conferences & Training" page of our web site (
www.iecaonline.com/conferences.htm) or downloaded in pdf format here (Note: when you click on the following link, the pdf file will automatically download to your computer):

Please consider that we are looking for a wide range of session topics that will be valuable to various groups of attendees, including admission staff skills, consultant business and professional skills, knowledge-based topics for those working in school, college and therapeutic admission, as well as sessions that enhance knowledge and understanding of adolescents.
We especially welcome proposals that include presenters from more than one program and highlight various approaches or different viewpoints. Proposals should not promote a single program or product.
And please let us know if there are topics you are eager to learn more about. Your input is most helpful to us as we work to create these valuable professional development opportunities.
