Jill Nugent, CADC brings a professional commitment and personal passion to Hired Power.

Jill has been working in the field of addiction and recovery for several years. Having 20 years of personal recovery and a handful of certifications beside her name, including a CADC, Jill is a strong professional with a passion for bringing solutions to individuals and families struggling with addiction and related issues.

Jill Nugent and her family began their association with substance abuse and addiction issues early. By the age of nine Jill was using marijuana and her family made the decision for residential treatment when she was fourteen. With no after-care plan or continued recovery involvement Jill struggled until she found sobriety in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous at the age of twenty three. Jill has made helping other addicts and families her life's work.

Nanette Zumwalt, CEO of Hired Power says, "We were very excited in May when Jill decided to join the Hired Power team and lead our Monitoring Services. She is an exceptional person with the knowledge and experience to know what clients and families need to develop lasting recovery. She brings a specialized edge to the process of personal accountability and responsibility in the stages of early recovery. Parents and loved ones do not want to become the 'recovery police' with the monitoring service in place they don't have to"

Monitoring = A Solid Relapse Prevention Plan:

Monitoring is a proven method of supporting skill development while implementing an aftercare plan. Random UA testing supports a client's clinical needs should relapse occur. Most individuals who relapse will do so within the first year after failing to follow through with a prescribed aftercare plan.

Monitoring is available to everyone needing an affordable long term care plan:

The monitoring program is a collaborative process between the recovering individual, identified support people and treatment professionals with:

  • Daily check-ins, either on-line or via phone, creating accountability

  • Random urine drug screens

  • Weekly phone calls with a care manager to review recovery plan

  • Monthly reports to identified professionals, and families

Hired Power specializes in "bringing recovery home", providing transition management services through:

  • Safe Passage- escorting a client to or from treatment

  • One on one mentoring utilizing our Certified Personal Recovery Assistant Program,

  • Recovery Care Management

  • Interventions

  • Long-term Monitoring

Hired Power founded in 2002, was the first company to professionalize recovery transition services, believing that involving clients and families on an extended personal level increases the opportunities to maintain lasting recovery. Hired Power values professionalism, confidentiality and the diverse issues of each client.
