Karen Hurt New Academic Director
At Greenbrier Academy

Matthew Hart, CEO and Headmaster at Greenbrier Academy for Girls has announced Mrs. Karen Hurt has accepted the position of Academic Director for Greenbrier Academy. Karen previously taught middle and high school Social Studies at a co-ed college preparatory day school and a girls' boarding school.

Her passion for working with our students is obvious when hearing her speak about her experience; "Last summer, I was drawn by the spirit of altruism at Greenbrier Academy, knowing that I would be treading in deep waters, but excited about the possibilities of forming relationships that would mark positive change in individual lives.
