Grand River Academy (GRA) has ended partnership discussions with the GaREAT Sport Complex. After carefully reviewing the various proposals to merge with GaREAT, the Board of Trustees of GRA voted on Friday, October 15, 2010, to end all negotiations. GRA will remain committed to its mission of educating underachieving boys. Effective immediately, GRA returns to rolling admissions.

We entered these negotiations to see if this change could work for our college prep boarding school. It became clear to our Board that the answer was no. We did not feel this shift in direction was right for our heritage, for our campus community, or for our future. We will remain true to the mission that we have held since 1831.

Over the past twenty years the consultant community has been a valued part of our referrals.
We look forward to continued relationships with the consultants who support our mission and recognize our ability to work with bright young men who are struggling academically in their current environment.
