Troy Knight Joins
The Gersh Experience

I am pleased to announce that I have joined forces with The Gersh Experience, located in Buffalo, NY. The Gersh Experience is a unique post secondary program focused on enriching the lives of young adults with neurobiological disorders.

I have been working with adolescents and young adults in the behavioral health care industry for over 15 years and hold a Bachelors Degree in Art, and a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration. I began my career working with youth at Aspen Youth Alternatives. It was during this time that I realized exactly how much our influence and relationships can change the lives of the families that we work with. In 1999, I began directing residential hospitals for Adolescent Treatment Centers. I continued my leadership role over the following years with some of our industry's most recognizable programs such as Wilderness Quest, The Ascent Wilderness Program and Clearview Horizons. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work with a diverse group of programs, alongside some of the greatest professionals in the behavioral health care industry, all of whom focus on helping young men and women become successful in life.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with the team of professionals at The Gersh Experience. I strongly believe that the dynamic staff, program philosophy, strong academic opportunities and structured independent living facilities provide The Gersh Experience students a sanctuary to learn and develop the necessary skills to navigate successfully and independently throughout their lives. I am very excited about the opportunity to share my knowledge and energy with the students to create some powerful and unique experiences.
