To Admissions And Marketing

Gatehouse Academy would like to announce the arrival of Michael Baldassare as our Admissions & Marketing Coordinator. Michael has an educational background in Business with a specialization in Marketing, thus bringing knowledge and skill to our Admissions & Marketing team. "We are thrilled to have Mike join our staff in a larger capacity. We look forward to Mike sharing his experience, strength, and hope with families and working with referring professionals to offer a glimmer of hope as he is a an example of what is on the other side," states Kent Sherman, CEO.

A large part of Mike's journey in recovery took place as a Resident here at Gatehouse Academy. In 2007, after completing the Gatehouse Transition Program in Prescott, AZ; Mike joined the Gatehouse Academy staff six months prior as a Residential Tech. The determining factor in Mike's decision to join our team was his personal and practical experience with Gatehouse Academy's curriculum, both as a resident and a staff member. The entire Gatehouse Academy staff offers a distinguished service to their residents, which Mike believes in very strongly. Their emphasis on the principles of the twelve steps, therapeutic environments, and leadership/life skills program continues to produce healthy and mature young adults that are ready to face life successfully.
