Welcomes Kevin Randall

Fulshear Ranch Academy, a treatment and transition program for young women, announced today the hiring of marriage and family therapist Kevin Randall, LMFT, as its new Clinical Director to further sharpen the program's clinical focus.

For the past five years, Randall has provided clinical leadership at New Haven, another InnerChange program. InnerChange is an organization committed to offering clinically sophisticated treatment to adolescents and young adults. Prior to joining New Haven, Randall spent several years as a clinical transition specialist, helping adolescents and young adults successfully navigate the transition from treatment to home, college, and "real life." He also has extensive experience as a dedicated marriage and family therapist, diagnosing and treating families in crisis for a highly regarded community-based mental health organization. Randall's ability to build trust and rapport with young adults and their families compliments his clinical expertise.

Randall is foundationally trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), an evidence-based treatment modality that is particularly effective for young people struggling with mood regulation, anxiety, personality disorders, and relationship difficulties. His experience in all-female treatment programs such as New Haven is a "real plus," says Irene Kotter, Fulshear's admissions director. In his new role, Randall will provide direct treatment to clients and families as well as clinical leadership for the Fulshear team.
