Nikki Preece, LCSW, has accepted the position of Executive Director of Fulshear Treatment to Transition. With a rich background that blends milieu, clinical and administrative practice Nikki is an innovative leader who will be able to build upon the strong programming already in place at Fulshear. "I have wanted to work with Nikki for a long time," said Dustin Tibbitts, President of InnerChange. "Nikki's passion for families, her deep connections to young women and her commitment to quality are just some of the strengths that Nikki brings with her. We are fortunate to have her join our team!"
Fulshear Treatment to Transition is an immersive program that combines residential treatment and independent living transition opportunities for young adult women between the ages of 18 to 25 in south of Houston, near Sugar Land, Texas.
