We are pleased to announce that Mary Jo DeGrandi, M.S., has accepted the position of Director of the Family Support Collaborative. With over fifteen years of experience in working with families and youth-at-risk, Mary Jo has a strong background in helping families and organizations, including Therapeutic Boarding Schools, Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare Programs, and Residential Child Care Programs.
Since 1998, Mary Jo has served in various leadership positions, including Admissions Director, Program Administrator, and Program Development Specialist. She rose through the ranks, starting her career as a residential care staff, field staff, and then as a Wilderness Therapist, where she had many successes with struggling adolescents and families. Her collaborative approach to team building, experience in administration, budget management, program development, staff training, and risk management are a tremendous asset to Family Support Collaborative.
Family Support Collaborative ensures that each partnering nonprofit has the clinical expertise, organizational management, human capital, and other resources needed to provide the highest quality care to every client through specialized evidence based practices, education and research.
FSC partner programs include Mountain Valley Treatment Center, Penikese, Adirondack Peak Experiences, McLean Hospital, Ocean Classroom Foundation.
