Service Opportunity in San Diego

Evolving Women invites all IECA women attendees to participate in an excellent service opportunity while at the conference in San Diego. Dress for Success San Diego is a non-profit organization focused exclusively on helping low income women acquire jobs, build careers and improve the quality of life for their families. Our private, warmly decorated boutique is an uplifting environment that provides wardrobe and interview preparation services, employment retention programs and life management consultation.
Dress for Success San Diego has served over 8000 local women since 1998, referred from over 60 local social service agencies and job-readiness programs.

Evolving Women will have a suite at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. This event will be hosted by Gateway Academy with a focus on Encouraging Development and Excellence. It will be open for everyone and anyone who would like to participate, and refreshments will be served.

We would like to support Dress for Success of San Diego by donating gently used professional clothing for women who do not have interview appropriate blouses or slacks!! Please contact Staci for a more detailed list needs. Monetary Donations will be accepted as well, and this is used to purchase shoes and new hosiery!

Evolving Women is an association of women in the therapeutic treatment industry, dedicated to providing networking opportunities, personal and professional development and resources to our members. Our organization will also offer mentoring, support and educational opportunities.
