Dynamy Staff Changes For
Next Internship Year

We have two important staff changes to share with you, as we prepare for our next class joining us August 30th: First, we are pleased to announce that Internship Year's first Director of Student Support, Monica Potter, is joining our team!

Ms. Potter earned her Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling\School Guidance Counseling, as well as her Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies, from Assumption College here in Worcester in 2000. For the past six years she has worked in an alternative education school helping support students with any issues that impacted their academic success. As a certified educator and licensed counselor, Ms. Potter is a great addition to the Internship Year team and increases the personalized support we can provide each student around their educational goals for this life-changing gap year.

Also, Greg Cappello, Internship Year's Director of Admissions for the past four years, is moving on to his next professional challenge as Director of Admission at Worcester Academy. Mr. Cappello's contributions to Dynamy have been many: he ushered in new initiatives like the national gap year fairs, and saw through the completion of our new website and brochure, just to name a few. While we are sad to see him go, we wish him the best in his new role!
