Hugh Nash Recognized For
Contributions In The Field

Cumberland Heights is proud to announce that Hugh Nash has received two Professional of the Year Awards "In Recognition of his Contributions in the Field of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse" by MTAADAC (Middle Tennessee Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors) for Middle Tennessee and by TAADAC (Tennessee Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors) for the State of Tennessee.

Hugh began his career in the field of addiction in 1989, and joined the Cumberland Heights staff in 1999. His professional background has included roles as Adolescent Counselor, Adolescent Program Director, Coordinator of Intake and Utilization Review, Marketing and Business Development, and as Admissions Director.

Nash first became associated with Cumberland Heights on a personal level in 1985, while attending the family program. He has more than twenty years of experience in the Alcohol and Drug Treatment field and over twenty three years of personal recovery. In April 2008, he became Director of Admissions at Cumberland Heights, a title he currently holds.

Cumberland Heights' teen drug rehab programs provide a wide range of services for adolescents ages 13 to 18 who are struggling with substance abuse or dependency. We offer a 30-day primary residential program specifically designed to address the youth's chemical dependency, an extended residential program and intensive outpatient treatment.
