Betsy Deane Says Goodbye
To Cherokee Creek Boys School

It is with great sadness that I announce my resignation from Cherokee Creek Boys School effective November 23, 2010. My decision was a difficult one and one that was based on the recent announcement of the school's restructuring.

I have been privileged to have been a part of such a young and talented team of people who truly love and care for the boys and for one another. It was a pleasure to sink my life's work into the building of such a precious place that is so nurturing. I cannot thank the educational consultants enough for being so supportive of the school over the past 8 years. I could not have done my job without your trust, support and friendship.

I have met so many genuine and loving people since I have been at Cherokee Creek and I am so thankful that some will remain my lifelong friends. I hope to have an opportunity to work with many of you again in the future. Thank you all…for what you do to help families heal.
