Burroughs Joins The CALO Executive Team

CALO is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Bob Burroughs to their executive team.

Burroughs has been appointed as the Academic Director at CALO, effective immediately. He brings 15 years' experience as a teacher educator at the University of Cincinnati and 5 years' experience as a public school and boarding school English teacher. Most recently, Burroughs was an educational consultant in Cincinnati, working under the company name of Ike & Burroughs, Educational Consultants.

Burroughs' wide knowledge of residential treatment programs and academic models will enable him to lead CALO in its transition from an online academic program to a full classroom-based model.

CALO is now a fully accredited academic institution and will continue to integrate academics with CALO's therapeutic model.

CALO (Change Academy at Lake Ozark) is a specialized residential treatment center focused on issues of trauma and attachment. We work with young men and women from the ages of 13 to 18.
