Center for Safe Youth is excited to announce a transition in ownership. As many of you know, CSY founder John Villines, his wife Cathy, and Tim Degnen have been the comprised ownership group for the past five years. John and Cathy have been reducing their roles at CSY over the past couple of years, as John's security consulting business has grown and as Cathy has prepared to embark on a new venture. Tim started with CSY over 10 years ago, initially working as a field escort agent and then as a runaway investigator, after earning his private investigator license. Tim quickly progressed into a management position within the main office, and was soon promoted to Director of Operations. Shortly thereafter, John and Cathy brought Tim in as a co-owner and Managing Partner, with the plan of having him eventually take over as sole owner. Tim's wife Sally also got started as a field agent and has been keeping the books for the company for the past five years. Now, that multi-year plan has come to fruition, and Tim and Sally have taken over as owners of CSY.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who have worked with us and supported us over the years. The consistent level of professionalism and compassion that has always been our standard at CSY will continue for you and your families. Our field staff, training, policies, practices and procedures all remain unchanged. There will be no significant changes to our process of helping families.

CSY will continue to bring to bear its 30 years of experience in the industry. We would like to be your transport and investigative specialist of choice.
