PHP Opening Soon In SLC At Cottonwood Heights Location

Center for Change is expanding our services at our Cottonwood Heights location in the Salt Lake City area to include a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP/Day Treatment Program).

Located at 7050 Highland Drive, Suite 310, Center for Change - Cottonwood Heights provides a convenient location for Salt Lake, Davis and Weber County residents who require the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) level of care. The Day Program is offered five days/week for adolescent girls (15+) and adult women. The existing evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serves adolescent girls and boys (ages 15+) as well as adult women and men. Outpatient therapeutic and dietary services are also offered at this location.
