Catherine Freer Wilderness Therapy Programs announce they will be offering an "All Girls Expedition". This all female wilderness therapy backpacking expedition will focus on issues facing young women today. Issues to be covered include body image, creating healthy boundaries, developing healthy relationships and more.

A dynamic team of three female staff will lead the expedition, as well as a trained therapist who will reside with the participants in the field, conducting extensive individual and group therapy.

Backpacking, yoga and meditation will also be available.

Expeditions will be offered June 21, 2009 and August 2, 2009.
