Cascade Crest Transitions Welcomes Sarah Casson Rush

Cascade Crest Transitions welcomes Admissions and Marketing Director Sarah Casson Rush, CPC, to their team.

Sarah is a Certified Parent Coach who has worked in therapeutic programming for the last 10 years. Her passion began when she worked at St. Mary's Boys home in Portland, Oregon during college. This is where she embarked in working with adolescents and young adults who were in need support and direction.

In 2005 Sarah began her career as an Admissions Counselor at a wilderness program, then becoming an Admissions Director in several highly regarded therapeutic settings including wilderness and residential programs. Through her sincerity, ability to listen, and expert knowledge she is able to support families through challenging circumstances. Her background is in customer service and marketing, with extensive experience and an exceptional reputation in the treatment community. Sarah's education is in psychology and her passion is helping families. She loves building relationships with people and professionals and supporting families from their initial call to their young adult's enrollment.

When not on the phone supporting families, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the beauty of Central Oregon, connecting with her community, and traveling with her husband and two dogs.

Sarah states: "I feel incredibly fortunate to join the amazing and energetic Cascade Crest Transitions team. My passion and dedication is in supporting families during challenging and emotional times. I believe that a parent's role in accepting change and growth can support in their young adult's success. By providing an open and transparent admission process, parents are welcome to reach out with their questions and concerns, as they support their young adults transition. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to be part of the Cascade Crest Team, and being a part of our student's development into healthy young adulthood."
