Theroux Executive Director of Berkshire Hills Music Academy

I would like to welcome Michelle Theroux as the new Executive Director of Berkshire Hills Music Academy.

Michelle is from South Hadley and has a Masters in Counseling Psychology. She holds a license in Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in fundraising from Boston University. She was a professional dancer and continues to teach dance. Michelle has over 15 years of management experience in health services and not-for-profit organizations in Western Massachusetts.

Most recently, Michelle was with Clinical and Support Options as Director of Special Projects. Past roles have included Vice President of Clinical Services at the Center for Human Development, Executive Director of Child and Family Service of Pioneer Valley, and the Director of Family Networks at the Key Program. Michelle was recognized for her community involvement and business leadership in the 2007 Inaugural Class of Business West's "Forty Under Forty."

Michelle and her husband, Mike Ippolito, live in South Hadley with their three children.
