Stephanie Horn Announced
As Academic Coordinator

Benchmark Transitions is pleased to welcome Stephanie Horn, M.Ed., to our team! Stephanie is the new Academic Coordinator.

"I'm pleased to welcome Stephanie to Benchmark," states Jayne Longnecker-Harper, M.Ed., Founder and CEO of Benchmark Transitions. "As an educator and founder of the longest running young adult-specific treatment program, I felt it necessary to bring the perfect combination of professionalism, education and experience, as well as a desire to work with our unique age-group. Stephanie fits those needs!"

Stephanie will be responsible for overseeing Benchmark's high school curriculum, through our long-standing partnership with Redlands Unified School District and Redlands Adult School, allowing young adults to complete their high school diploma and obtain a WASC-Accredited, fully weighted diploma. Stephanie will also coordinate any Special Education clients, working with their home school IEP and 504 Plans.

In addition, she will be responsible for coordinating with the local community colleges, universities, extended learning and vocational/technical trades programs on behalf of our clients. Stephanie and her team will facilitate an educational plan specific to each client at Benchmark and will work alongside our clinical treatment teams to ensure a cohesive integration between therapeutic services, life skills, academics and vocational programs.
