Benchmark Transitions is pleased to announce the new Benchmark Transitions Family Bridge Parent Portal, providing a seamless and efficient communications process for program, client, family and consultant.
This online tool is unlike anything else in the industry. It's simple to use and yet offers a number of convenient benefits. Through the Family Bridge, parents, educational consultants and other referral sources will be able to obtain updates regarding their Benchmark student, communicate with Primary Life Coach and therapeutic staff, view and upload pictures, set goals, keep track of tasks, study in the parent library and provides for more efficient communication.
Benchmark Transitions is a residential transitional living program for older teens and young adults. Benchmark provides clinical treatment, recovery, aftercare, education, and life skills.
