Benchmark Transitions Welcomes Annette Hulette

Benchmark Transitions is pleased to welcome Annette Hulette, MA, to the position of Director of Utilization Review. Annette brings a wealth of professionalism and experience to Benchmark Transitions. She began her career as a liaison with managed care companies in developing and implementing utilization review programs and conducting ongoing clinical training for case management staff.

Annette's specialized career spans over two decades of program development, case management, business development, marketing and utilization review for the drug and alcohol and mental health treatment industry.

Annette will be responsible for the development and implementation of Benchmark's utilization review process, coordination of billing and contractual agreements with third party payers for treatment at Benchmark Transitions. Additionally, she will be adding guidance in the program development, business development, marketing and case management components of Benchmark Transitions.

Benchmark Transitions is able to work with most private PPO insurance companies.
Annette and our team of caring professionals can put you at ease to ensure a smooth process in determining insurance benefit eligibility. Insurance companies and plans vary and the process can often be complicated. We will work with your insurance company to ensure the care needed is provided and to continue to provide medically necessary utilization review, to ensure a continuum of quality care.
