Redesigned Website

Just in time for their upcoming anniversary, Beacon Transitions program for young adults recently unveiled its redesigned website. The website, features integrated social media components so visitors can learn more about the exciting programming offered at Beacon, as well as a fresh upload of pictures that highlight the many accomplishments that the students have been making as they work towards independence.

"Many of our residents are visually oriented, so having a website like this really helps them learn what to expect when they come here." Says Aaron McGinley, program manager at Beacon Transitions. In addition, our residents have had so much success since we have opened, that we wanted to provide a space for them to voice their accomplishments when they choose. In the last month alone, we have had residents get raises at work, get accepted into the college of their choice, and celebrate personal fitness milestones. We want our website to be a living experience that allows families to truly understand what can happen in a program like this." says McGinley.

Beacon Transitions is a residential transitions program, for young adults 18-26 that present with learning differences and need extra guidance on their pathway to independence.
