Auldern Academy Adds
Gender Specific Curriculum

Auldern Academy is pleased to announce that we have incorporated and adapted a gender specific, evidence based curriculum in our Counseling Services Department.

Voices is designed to assist young women in finding and expressing themselves in a challenging world.

Written and designed by Stephanie S. Covington, PhD, LCSW, this program helps young women through a series of interactive modules that address topics specific to young women who face multifaceted challenges and struggles in the process of growing up in today's world. • The Journey Ahead

This 18 session program addresses issues specific to young women such as substance abuse, trauma, sexuality, emotional wellness, developing healthy relationships empowering them to create a healthy future It incorporates other proven methods, modalities and skills commonly used with young women in treatment settings. Student participate in over 75 interactive activities We believe that it will enhance our excellent therapeutic offerings as it will serve as the foundation beneath individual, group and family work available to our students.
