Aloft Transitions helps young people transition from adolescence to adulthood. It partners with parents to build and empower each client with the tools necessary for their success. Through self discovery, responsibility, and accountability clients are taught the skills necessary to transition into healthy adulthood by building healthy relationships, taking on responsibilities, and learning how to take control of their destiny.

Jason Wood is owner of Aloft Transitions. He has four year's experience working directly with clients; two years as admissions director. He has been involved in the sales, marketing, and technology industries for over a decade.

Shawn Weymouth is a licensed marriage and family therapist who received his Master's degree from Antioch New England Graduate School in New Hampshire. His career as a clinical director and therapist has spanned 18 years.

Reed Wasem studied Business Management at both the University of Idaho and Boise State University, but later received his degree in Theology. For nearly 12 years, the Ministry was his focus and lead to many opportunities to work with young adults throughout the United States.

Aloft Transitions is a residential, life transition program for young adults 18 to 26 years old. Clients participate in a therapeutic milieu which centers on preparing for an independent life through life skills coaching, career training and educational mentoring. The aim of the program is to teach clients attitudes, behaviors, and skill sets necessary to become successful adults. The program is designed to prepare each client for life as an ethical and responsible adult. It focuses on attribute and values development relationship building through mentoring from adult coaches. The program is customized according to each participant's needs and goals and its teaching philosophy is based on understanding and integrating the four marks of authentic maturity: emotional intelligence, character and a sense of ethics, strength discovery, and leadership perspective.
