James Morton, Jr, CEO of Achievement Transition Group, Inc. announced that Second-Step of ATG, Inc will be providing the exclusive Aftercare Support Services for Eckerd Academy at Brookville, Eckerd Academy of the Blue Ridge and Eckerd Academy at Deer Lodge students and their families.
Second-Step is also working with Wisdom Ranch to provide Transition Support and Aftercare Services for graduate students and families.
Second-Step Transition Specialists are located throughout the country, all with years of experience in outdoor and residential therapeutic programming. Our aftercare providers tailor the process to meet specific and individual needs of your adolescent, young adult and family based on the Aftercare Plan developed at the respective program attended.
Achievement Transition Group, Inc. is comprised of services that guide, assist and aid families with adolescent children and young adults (12-25) with special needs. We focus on transitioning the family to receive the most effective support relative to the situation ranging from assessing needs, coordinating wrap-around services to transitions to adulthood.
Second Step of Achievement Transition Group, Inc provides aftercare and transitional support to students and their families returning home from an out-of-home placement.
